Returns

Radiant Sunflower Studio has a 7-day return policy, meaning you may contact us about returning your item up to 7 calendar days after receiving your item. After 7 days, all sales are considered final and may not be returned. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Not all items are eligible for returns. Custom items, for example, are not eligible to be returned and are considered final sale after 24 hours from the time you place your order. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@radiantsunflowerstudio.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your return package. The price of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for damage caused in transit or lost packages. We package all orders with care to ensure they travel safely to you. You may optionally opt for insured postage at checkout.


Custom-Ordered Items
Custom items cannot be returned, but please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

You may request a cancellation by sending an email to info@radiantsunflowerstudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders may not be cancelled once they are in production. 


Clearance/Final Sale/Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on clearance/final sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
